I think the song is pronominal! In my opinion , I think that Stevie Nicks was Don Henley’s relationship was the inspiration behind the lyrics to the song Witchy Woman.

A song about a Spiritual Woman that is well read and ''all bright'' with knowledge of the mysteries unknown, in that you may feel the aura around her that is not so bright within ''the presence'' that gives you the willies. Feeling the vibe that wants to seduce and manipulate the outcome that gives it's power away to believing she has magic spells that radiates out of her finger tips when being touched by ''them'' where she eventually turned herself to madness by her beliefs.
