It's about how he made a pact with the Devil for fame and money. Now, it's his time to fill his end of the bargain. But, he wants out. Notice how in the beginning chorus it soundsa like to people are singing.And towards the end of the last chorus, it seems like Eminem's voice is fading out as the creepy voice continues to sing by itself. He's basically saying that the Devil won.

the demon voice is ment to be "satan" who he sold his soul to. Trying to persuade Slim shady to come back. I dont think the voice is ment to be slim because when Dre is on the phone he is also trying to persuade Slim to return as Marshal dismisses it "he is only hairbleech and vodca" And its not actually Dre but because "Lucifer" is ment to be a great deceiver, he is using dres voice to add pressure on marshal to give in. -
Its not Illuminati, Em is having a conversation with his alter -ego SLim Shady(His demon) the song serves as a sequel to "When Im gone" where at the end he thinks hes killed shady and taken a break from music, now on this song it turns out Shady was just "Playing possum"
