Eminem: Rock Bottom Meaning
Rock Bottom Lyrics
This song is dedicated to all the happy people
All the happy people who have real nice lives
And who have no idea whats it like to be broke as fuck
[Verse One:]
I feel like I'm walking a tight rope, without a circus net
I'm...

#1 top rated interpretation:Aight all yall are fucking wrong ok this is what I think
This song is dedicated to all the happy people
All the happy people who have real nice lives
And who have no idea whats it like to be broke as fuck
that is self explanitary these people were people that were rich from birth
"We'll all gone blow up and leave the past behind us"
pretty much means that we aint gonna have it when we die
Cause we see them dollar signs and let the cash blind us
Money will brainwash you and leave your ass mindless
Snakes slither in the grass spineless
means money has blinded us from real life
Cause when we die we know were all going the same way
were all gonna die someday and when we do die we will all be equal.
When all you need is bucks to be the man
Plus a luxury sedan
means that in this world we need money to be cool
Too comfortable and roomy in a six
we have too much and we don't need that much
I want the money, the women, the fortune, and the fame
That Means I'll end up burning in hell scorching in flames
abusing your gifts is a sin
so pretty much I believe that this song is a very positive song and it is saying that allot of people don't know what its like to be broke as fuck cause money will brainwash us we want what we don't need and even when we think we have it all we always want more its fucked up aint it.
rock steady yall
this is G-Rant.. directly -
Basically this song is about the fact that he is at rock bottom and he is completely broke and can't provide for his family
He also hints that he may resort to crime as an awnser to solve his money issues
'I'm running up on someone's lawn with guns drawn'
'It means I'm stealing your cheque book and forging your name'
He also says that this is the way many people turn becaue they are blinded by their need of money and will do anything to get their hands on more money -
Okay, I would pretty much say what everybody else has. But I need to say for the millionth time how awesome and real this song is- it is on par with classics lyrically such as Suicidal Thoughts by B.I.G and shit.
Pity noone in hip hop today sees fit to make such dope shit anymore. -
This Song is about Eminem's life after Hallie Jade was Born. The struggle to make ends meet. The first couple of words are. "This Song is dedicated to all the Happy People, The people that have really nice live, and don't know what it's like to be broke as fuck" Due to these lyrics eminem has brought the people that have experienced something similar to what he has.

A musical version of the credo of Fight Club - ' it's only when we've lost everything, that we're free to do anything' and the pointlessness of pursuing material gain as a means to self-worth.
Also, it's like a man who just has to say all those things he is thinking, venting his frustration and anger at a society built on the senseless worship of money and objects.
Right at the end, he seems to be saying, ok, I've let it rip, now I feel better, and life goes on. -
This song is about eminem being really depressed because he can not provide for is family.
I love this line "I pray that god answers, maybe I'll ask nicer" I think I may have felt the same way. -
