   i think the song is described by the title.it cant be about blink-182 because warning was released before they even toured with blink

   It's about people who laugh at their own jokes which they repeat all the time, and no one finds funny apart from them. It's only rumoured that it's about blink-182, but there is no evidence to prove this:P
