   The song (according to my knowledge of the album's story) is about Christian, the main character of the story, praising his love interest, Gloria. This song takes place in Act 1 of 3. Most of the songs in Act 1 describe Christian and Gloria's struggles against society, as well as their growth together. If anything, it's more of a love song written for Billie's wife, Adrienne, as most romantic songs written by Billie are for her.

   This song to me is discussing the way in which Gloria protests and how Christian is encouraging her. Christian is also saying that no matter what do not give up the fight for what you believe in and that you are who you are because of the protesting. The song is saying as well that she is the hope for the protesters and a saint who just is doing what most saints do which is sacrifice everything for their fight.

   Gloria is then girl of the story in 21 century break down. She protest and always seems to be happy. Cristian is the boy character in 21 century breakdown

   I'm not at all positive about this, but i believe it could have something to do with a woman that protested, or stood up and fought for everything.
   
   Not sure, but they use the same name in American Eulogy, and "Viva la Gloria" {little girl} if anybody has a better interpretation, please help me out, its a real bugger to figure out :/
