"Happy Family" was a comical look at the breakup of the Beatles. Judas was Paul, Jonah was John, Rufus was Ringo, and Silas was George.
Nasty Jonah's wife was Yoko, of course.
George, like Silas, grew a beard and pursued a lot of weird Eastern spiritual gurus.
Pete Sinfield called Paul "Judas," perhaps because his signature song was "Hey Jude," or perhaps it was widely believed back in 1970 that Paul was the one who broke up the band.
