This song is about Jonathan Davis problems with bullies in his childhood, he was heavily bullied as a child and sometimes abused. And the memories and pain still haunts him hence lyrics like, "feel the pain of your needles, as they shed into my brain" and that amazing scream saying "Why dont you get the fuck out of my face, NOW!!"
