   "Separate, sifting through the wreckage
   I cant concentrate, searching for a message
   in that fear and pain..." The singer is saying that he searching for a meaning in his past, but all he finds is his pain.
   "Now In my Remains! Our Promises that never came, Set the silence free, to wash away the worst of me..." the singer is saying that in the past, every duty he had he never accomplished, and that he should just start from the beginning and leave his past behind.
   "Come apart, falling in the cracks of every broken heart..." he is feeling the pain of others in his past.

   "Like an army falling one by one by one" the singer is having let downs followed by let downs. He can never accomplish his goals.

   I think the singer has been through a lot of hard times in his life and in the wreckage of those crashes he has left behind goals he set in life and now he is trying to make his life better and happy so he has to rid himself of his guilt of all his wrong doings throught life
