This song is about a person who is very old or dying and feels that he/she did not live their life in a fulfilling way- 'don't you leave me father time,take me with you.'this person wishes he/she could have one last shot at doing it all over again before they die,barely breathing minus human come squeeze the world and trip it down my throat again'.

The cd is called S&M. This song sorta lives up to that. Think girl squeezing her world (Hetfield) done her throat, and Hetfield mocking her. Kinda masochistic when she can barely breath...
