Alright!

We are scanning the scene
in the city tonight
We're looking for you
to start up a fight
There's an evil feeling in our brains
But it's nothing new
you know it drives us insane

Running,
On our way
Hiding,
You will...

It's about the insatiable need to kill or hunt someone down. btw the lyrics are "You've always been taking, and now you're given" not "You;ve always been b*tching, and now you're killing."

I view this song is about nuclear armament, 'thousand death' could not be done by a man without war, and if we keep on providing more and more atomic bomb 'There is no escape and that's for sure'- 'Our brains are on fire with the feelings to kill' our leaders are thinking of how to have more and more atomic warfare, this song invites this generation to condemn evil nuclear weaponry.

Its about the feeling to kill. It was inspired by a Diamond Head song, though i cannot recall the name.
