The Other Side Lyrics

Come on down to the other side,
Come with us through the gates of hell,
Where we'll drag you from where you are

I absolutely love the beat of this song, it's probably my favorite song on the album.

Unfortunately, this song also seems to frequently cause major waves of depression when I listen to it.

I'm very sensitive to how music affects me, when it makes me happy/sad/angry/excited etc. etc.

But this song is different. It's not just an emotion I feel, it's a deep, deep heartfelt absolute low, so low that I start thinking thoughts that are very uncharacteristic for me.

I'm not saying this as a knock against the song, or the band as I absolutely love both. Sometimes I find myself still listening to this song, even though I know it's probably not good for me.
