    Hold your Color means to hold fast to your beliefs, even if they twist the knife and take everything away

    I think of it as a function of frequency...
    Stay steadfast in your vibrational frequency even under duress. However, the twist of the knife is sometimes necessary to awaken consciousness to its presence.
    Personally I prescribe to increased awareness to recognize the knife long before it arrives so it can be avoided altogether or neutralized through understanding geometry and the mechanics of energy (eg aikido).

    i feel that the song is to hold your colour witch could mean to hold against someone , or something or to stay true to yourself or colours.
