I think this song is about someone who is powerful and bosses you around, maybe some bullies at school or the bitchy popular girl or your boss at work. And after being quiet and taking all the abuse, he lets it out in the song like WE'RE NOT GOING TO TAKE THIS ANYMORE. they're done with being minorities and start a 'revolution,' as one of the lyrics says.
