Toma Lyrics

Toma!
Toma!
Toma!
Toma guey!

Stole my patience. Stole my pride.
Snatched the rhythm from my stride.
Kicked my certainty
up the middle.
Knocked the wind out of
my romantic side.

Hopes and wishes set aflame.
What’s your purpose...

    Read the damn verse!

Kicked in the nuts, either literally or figuratively.

Toma doesnt mean "blow" or "blow me".... Toma means "take" or "drink" in spanish... Depending on how it was used... In this case I think the "take" translation is more adequate...

In spanish 'toma' means blow, or blow me. Hence, 'toma away' means blow me away!
