Red: Who We Are Meaning
Song Released: 2012
Who We Are Lyrics
We were the broken hearted
We were the scars that wouldn't fade away
How did we let go
how did we forget that we don't have to hide
We won't believe the lies again
We won't be paralyzed
We can be who...
-
It's absolutely about our identity in Christ! One of the best dissertations on who we are as His children. Speaks of the battles we endure, promise, and our standing before The Almighty. Wonderful song, one of my favs!

Well, first I think RED being such a good band allows one to interpret freely their songs; second the meaning:
I think it talks about like people who fight for their beliefs (any one beliefs), or like their lifestlye, for example people who doesn't agrees with society or goverments.
Its kind of a rebel song.
P.D.: im not saying that this is the meaning, just that this is how I interpet this piece of art. -
The meaning, which Michael Barnes said in a interview: Who We Are" is the culmination of who we are as Christians.
