    This to me, given the era it came out in, has got to be about AIDS. At the time AIDS scared the crap out of everyone, not just gays/junkies. Allegorical lyrics are something which is becoming rarer and rarer in metal, unfortunately. Still, a classic Slayer ripper of a song.

    This one's pretty obvious; it's a widespread, very lethal, disease that wipes out a lot of people, like TB, in a really painful, miserable way.
