Ghost Story Lyrics

Definitely about the strained relationship between son and father with the realization after father has passed.

I think this is Sting's personal experiences going through his divorce with his first wife Frances. Now, after so many years has passed, he finally can look at his scar and hurt he has caused to her. He is trying to come to the senses and dealing with his guilts and, finally admitting to himself that he truly loved her.
