    Whoever she was, he loved her deeply and truly as David did Bathsheba and was willing (at the time) to leave everything behind for her but understood that it was insanity. Sting is a Libra. As such he is more clinical in examining his passions than many other sun signs. Hence 'Shape of my Heart' or 'She's too Good for Me.' He can intellectualize his feelings to a greater extent than many and we admire this about him.
