It’s an ironic joke about keeping a baby up all night because the alternative is always true. Most new parents are exhausted because their baby keeps waking up often at night. As soon as a newborn comes home from the hospital, it happens. And new parents sometimes can’t tell when baby is crying from utter fatigue.

The singer is an unsuitable uncle who cares more about playing with his sister's 'cute' baby than about the baby's well-being (babies need a lot of sleep).
