Sounds to me like he’s singing about an underage girl, frankly. Bows in her hair. Stuff about ‘getting away with it’. Dunno, I find the song quite creepy. Typical weird Talking Heads open ended to interpretation lyrics. (Except for Road to Nowhere, which is pretty spot on and clear what its about)
