    I felt it was more about parents passing their beliefs to their children, rascim was just one of the things they teach. Ignorance and the acceptance of ignorance would be the theme here, I guess?

    Its not about being racist. It looks like the singer is saying that racism is pointless and that our hate for other races because of skin color is ridiculous.
