And it's not about you, oh-oh
Oh-oh, I've been breaking hearts too
And I learned it all from you, oh-oh I got my thigh highs on feeling like Wonder Woman
That's when you want all me, but I'm not your woman

My interpretation on 'Salt' is Ava being in a toxic relationship where she keeps getting put down by her lover. She then realizes that she has no more tears to cry, and that life for her has made her depressed.

'I'm all out of salt' can mean that one is tired of life. There are no more tears left to shred. One is standing back, letting things happen, and not intentionally adding 'flavor' to life.

Salt could mean tears, cause tears taste like salt literally.
Iam all out of salt could also mean, no more adding flavour to your life, I have done enough...

My Interpretation of Salt is even though I've cried a lot I have to keep on moving forward. But that's probably just me.
