It is about knowing it is your fault but not being able to stop hurting yourself. All those times someone asked "why are you doing this to me?" and you didnt kmow what to say.

I just know this is the song my son was playing before he left that day to commit suicide. He was bipolar and his girlfriend of several years had recently broke up with him. They had talked of marriage just before this.
