My guess is its about a selfish girl and Matt(the singer) is getting tired of giving everything to her when she hasn't done anything that's why he says "youve had it all given to you, youve never had to work it off before" and i also guess hes said hes loved her but he never meant it that's why he said " I never meant it I never felt it i'm never taking back a single word I said"
I also assume the "Seven days till it comes to get you" part is karma out to get her.
