    Yeah it sounds like Yo Don't Give drugs at a rave and don't let the other person eat 22 freaking shrooms. But yeah I'd freak to so yeah just plain don't deal drugs.

    You can pretty much guess what the song is about from the lyrics. It’s about Eminem going to a rave party with two mates. There he meets a fit babe called Susan. He finds some “magic mushrooms”, gets a room with her, and deals them out. He takes 3 caps, she takes 22! She reacts REALLY bad to them (cutting her hair and talking to plants, then thinking that Eminem is her dad who raped her), and Eminem panics. He finds the guy who gave him the caps, explains it and he simply says ‘She’s gonna die, dude!” It fades out with Eminem by Susan’s body, crying. So effectively Eminem kills a girl through drugs. Tut-tut.
