I'm curious who this song is about? If you listen to the lyrics it seems to be about someone specific, and it's clear that it's not Kim. I don't remember Eminem being with anyone publicly other than Mariah Carey...anyone have any ideas?

Eminem, Obie Trice, and Stat talk about the girl they care about but talks about how sneaky she is and how the girl ruins their relationship. 50 Cent kind of ruins it just by talking about a girl giving him a oral and thats it.
