A girl is in love with a boy, but as boys often do, he only wants to be "friends with benifits" and he just doesnt get why she keeps lyng to people and telling them that thier relationship is anything more than just sex. He feels bad that he's using her when she truely loves him, but the sex is just too good for him to give up. Hence the line "She can't behave and im just a slave",she really believes they're in a relationship and he wants to set her straight but he is a "slave" to the sex.Basically he is frustrated with the whole situation, he doesnt understand why the amazing sex has to be tainted with all the drama associated with relationship, but then he realizes that weather he dates her or just uses her for sex he is still going to have to put up with the drama thats why he says "situations are irrelevent now" he finally realizes that even if he just uses her for sex they will still have problems.

thing is, you are all wrong, this is about me and max. we went to school together, back when he was maxwell and was bullied, we were good friends. He's talking of how all the hard times at school he had to face wern't the shaping of him. all those 'situations' are irrelevent to him as he proved he was better than they thought and how he could get the girls they said he never would, he speaks of how we used to tease eachother, because i was always there for him growing up whilst others turned up their noses at him, i had faith. we were so alike and it caused a lot of arguments, as we clashed, but deep down we knew we always would still love eachother, hence the line : i love the girls who love to hate me cos they're just like me. i was that certain girl, and we may not be as close now, but we were back then and i will always admire his passion for what he does. and i will always love him.

I once read that Max is the one that wrote it. Wikipedia says that it's about all the girl's that come to try to sleep with Ronnie first, but then get turned down I guess and go to Max. Max sleeps with them and then denies that it ever happened.
