   I believe this song is about Ronnie warning people about the Goverment and what they can do.    He means that he's had so much expected out of him because of his four years with Escape The Fate and how now as a co founder of Falling In Reverse, the people expect him to be able to thrive on his own. He felt like he was drowning, hence the title of the song.
