Self-effaced, what's his face.
You've erased yourself so shut up.
You don't let up.

You have a growth...

Billie Joe Armstrong wrote this about "fake" people, like those in Hollywood. The lyrics, "All dressed up, red-blooded mannequin" show his feelings about them putting up a front and being "plastic."

I'm not very good at this type of thing, but here goes nothing. I think this song is about a guy (let's call him Bob) speaking to his old girlfriend after her leaving him. Bob sees how "Jill" is conforming to a new boy, "Bill", and Bob is calling her fake and, well, prosthetic. The next verse is Bob talking to Bill, and "you're an inbred bastard son" should show Bobs' feelings towards Bill. Obviously, Bob is still upset about Jill, and hates this new guy she's with.
