Heaven Sent Lyrics

Never saw the chemistry that was there with you and me
Its been a long time coming

Well come on!!

It’s freaking me out, that I didn’t see
That you're so damn hot girl, It's just crazy
And without a doubt I still can’t believe
That you...

This song is about when you're going through a tough time, your own little hell, and an angel suddenly saves you. But this angel is the girl you've known for a while. You start to see her differently, more than just a friend. And then you realize that whatever problems you've been going through, whatever you've been looking for, she's been there all along. And you fall for her.

Hinder is particularly experienced in writing songs about the effects a girl can have on a man. This song is about the mystery angel, the girl that you've known and been friends with but suddenly becomes something much more. The title of the song implies that maybe heaven, or any higher power for that matter, sent this girl to you, so that, when the time comes, she can be your angel. And she saves you.
