Losing Hope Lyrics

I got a faulty parachute
I got a stranger's friend
An exciting change in
My butchers blend
A symbol on the ceiling
With the flick of a switch
My new found hero
In the enemy's ditching

Well somebody's something was left in the room
And man, now...

Each verse describes a different situation in which someone loses a friend. I'm not sure of the first verse, but the second verse sounds like a drive by shooting ("The mark was left,Man it's never the same...Open windows with passing cars") suggest the shot came from a moving car's window. "Next time that you shoot,Make sure that you aim" may infer the victim was not the intended target."Feed the fool,A piece of the pie,Make a fool of his system,Make a fool of his mind,Give him bottles of lies,And maybe he'll find,His place in heaven,Cause he might just die" Might suggest the "fool" is a drug addict, acholholic, or other substance abuser who might have over dosed and died.
Keep in mind im just guessing, J.J. is a genius! Love this song :)
