This song is about the clever LADY GA GA'S of the world who are part of THE BIG BROTHER sort of speaking that need a FATHER FIGURE to love them where they'll do anything to give their services to in some way and represent the GOVERNMENT as one of their hookers to be played out for and through the [Illuminati corporate control] music industry as a ultimate fantasy that lost her innocence of the sweet MARILYN MONROE type ''in the now'' with a Dildo up her sleeve to use only if needed where both sides can partisapate ''any which way'' to get their rocks off on each other and screw themselves with if it's needed from the hooker that has a fast remote control up her sleeve.

Look into Cathy O'Brien and Brice Taylor. They, like Marilyn Monroe before them, were mind-controlled government sex slaves programmed under a top secret program (see Project Monarch and MK Ultra). Listen to Cathy O'Brien's story on youtube or read her book, and you'll know EXACTLY what government hooker is about.

This song may sound like very noisy. It gives kind of inkling that Government uphold the flag of being hypocritical. Political propaganda and mass media mislead the orientation of ordinary people and society is under a mess. People scream for something that they even don't get the implications.
She also may put herself as a symbol as to say her fans are part of her soul and she can be guided to any directions as the appetite of her fans. Well this is just personal opinions.

The masses feeding into what the the "powers that be" deem as popular, normal, deviant, freedom, slavery, beautiful, ugly, etc. Government is not just what we know as political powers.. Its also opinion leaders, church leaders, pop culture leaders. Those that set trends & the masses mindlessly follow them so they can be well-liked or accepted but in actuality all that do this are getting effed!

this is my personal opinion but i believe miss Gaga is pointing out that the government (congress, the president or parliment) do say it is illegal to be or hire a hooker in both the UK and America but then they hire them therefore they are being hypocritical also i believe that she has refrencees to maryln monroes affair with 35th president john.f.kenidy

this song can be very confusing...
i think its gagas way of telling us that the government constantly screws us over and even though they say we are free... we actually aren't
especially toward the end when the F word is bleeped out, shes saying that even though we are told we have freedom of speech, we really don't *media and the FCC not allowing people to swear on certain TV shows and during specific hours of the day

I think its about doing what the government says but letting them f*ck you over like when you have to pay taxes on something that wont last like food paper etc.

    GOVERNMENT HOOKER-EH

    "I can be good
(If you just wanna be bad)
    I can be cool
(If you just wanna be mad)
    I can be anything
    I'll be your everything
    Just touch me baby
(Cause I don't wanna be sad)" We're willing to be anything the government wants, weather we're doing a good thing, a bad thing, being calm and happy with the rest of the worldd, or being frustrated with apposing governments as long as it benefits us.

"As long as I'm your hooker
    (Back up and turn around)
As long as I'm your hooker!
(Put your hands on the ground!)
As long as I'm you're hooker
    (Back up and turn around)
As long as I'm your hooker!
    (Get down!)

    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Government Hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
(Government Hooker)" As long as we benefit

"I'm gonna drink my tears tonight
I'm gonna drink my tears and cry
Cuz I know you love me baby
I know you love me baby!" We're frustrated about our government and want to change, instead of making an act we try to convince ourselves that the government is trying to help us.

    "I could be girl
(Unless you want to be man)
    I could be sex
(Unless you want to hold hands)
    I could anything
    I could be everything
    I could be mom
(Unless you want to be dad)" Possibly a stab at people's views on the LGBT Community?

As long as I'm your hooker
    (Back up and turn around)
As long as I'm your hooker!
(Put your hands on the ground)
As long as I'm you're hooker

    (Back up and turn around)
As long as I'm your hooker!
    (Get down!)

    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Government Hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Government Hooker)

    "Put your hands on me
    John F. Kennedy
    I'll make you squeal baby
As long as you pay me (AW)" Once again, we'll do what they want if it benefits ourselves.

I'm gonna drink my tears tonight
I'm gonna drink my tears and cry
Cause I know you love me baby
I know you love me baby!

    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Government Hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Yeah, You're my hooker)
    Hoo-ooker
    (Government Hooker)

    I could be girl
(Unless you want to be man)
    I could be sex
(Unless you want to hold hands)
    I could anything
    I could be everything
    I could be mom
(Unless you want to be dad)

    I wanna fuck government hooker
    (Back up and turn around)
    Stop f*ckin me government hooker
(Put your hands on the ground!)
    I wanna fuck government hooker
    (Back up and turn around)
    Stop fuckin me government hooker
    (Get down!)

I think this is a song with a couple layers of meaning. There's the obvious one indicated by the natural sense of the lyrics: she's a hooker, you pay her, she does what you want.

But I think there's a subtext that the government is like a pimp--if you want to be taken care of (disability, welfare, unemployment, etc.) you'll have to do what it wants and give up your freedom.

I think this song is based on Gaga's strong love for Monroe, and her affair with 35th president JFK.
The line "I could be Mom, unless you want to be Dad" makes me think of the allegations arisen after her death; that she was with JFK's child, but, as it is suspiscious that can't be said for sure.
I do think this song is about Monroe and Kennedy, mainly because of the mention of Kennedy's name - "put your hands on me, John F. Kennedy" So it points directly at this theme.
I think it's quite a good idea, although based around a tragedy, to make a song out of this story. It almost seems like something you'd see in a movie.
    Thankyou!

We are whatever the government wants us to be. I gay male can marry another man unless you say we can't! The people are told what do do, like a cheap hooker! We are being fucked! Also Marilyn Monroe references.
