   Seriously?? Did you just read the above comments lol. Lame!
   Lp makes songs which one needs to understand deeply, thats their motive.
   You have to look twice at the lyrics to understand them, and then after getting addicted to a song you find a different meaning in it.
   As for "a light that never comes" it can be said it is Linkin park's one of the most uplifting songs ever!!!
   Tho they messed up with the video part(as far as i can say it was ok๏╭╮๏)
   It is an underrated one.
   Ps: i wrote this in 2017, you wanted to know the meaning of this song now??? Lol.

   Interpretation: this describes our lives sooo much〒_〒
   Didnt your elders ever tell you to keep you bed clean,fold your blankets after you wake up....so on.
   But what do kings(the rich people) do???
   Do you think the rich blokes fold their blankets???
   Nop, they order their servants to do it right???
   So Shinoda says a king can live without caring about himself but there comes a day when it is removed from the kings head.
   Ok:- every king died by beheading right?? Ok well most of em, happy historians???╮(╯▽╰)╭
   Anyways he says that the ego, self respect, aggression etc. Are all removed when he is decapitated.
   Plus point:- in this song you can clearly see mike is very angry with someone, and wants to hurt someone and chester is... Wait hold on.... Chester just sang four lines and a little bit of "oh oh" :'(
