Obsessions Lyrics
Last night's love affair is looking vulnerable in my bed
Silk sheet, blue dawn, Colgate, tongue warm
Won't you quit your crying? I can't sleep
One minute I'm a little sweetheart
And next minute you are...

In my opinion, Obsessions is about the struggles of having OCD, and the effect it has on not only those suffering from it, but the people around them too. The song seems to be told from the perspective of someone in a relationship with somebody suffering from OCD, and the annoyance they feel at the antics of their partner, even though they can't help it, they appear to feel that it's their fault, as hinted in the line "When you act like you've got an OCD".
