    SI think the song is about Hannah and Henry. The story says Hannah was 20 years old and Henry was 6 which would mean Hannah would've been about 14 years old when she had Henry. She regrets Henry which means she can't love him, he is only the biggest mistake of her life, a monster. She marries the first man she meets though he is abusive, she doesn't care she just wants to be taken care of. Henry grows up disconnected from others, an outcast unloved, he dosen't know what love is. He sees a girl, he thinks she is beautiful, he thinks he loves her so he rapes her. He thinks about his fantacies and dreams and realizes they are only someone's nightmares and worst fears. He has to kill the monster, so he burns himself with his fantacies fresh in his mind. He is free from being Hannah's regret, free from being a monster.

    I love this song!It is about a boy,who his parents doesnt love him.They called him a monster and he truly become one,becuase he couldnt felt nothing.So he abused a girl thinkeing that is love.He has a mother called Hannah.After he understand what he did he cilled himself.Sad,but i LOVE it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I think it's about a boy and his parents were neglecting him and abusing him and one day he had enough of it. He kills his parents and grows up to be an abuser he rapes a bunch of people boys or girls. He could pretend to be gay. Many women become pregnant and he never sticks around. He stays with one girl named Hannah. They have a boy who he abuses. Later the father dies. The boy is a glass child. He is Hannah's regrets.

    Its a very sad song but its about a little boy who was the son of hannah who was raped. He was the son of a sinner and hanna did not love him, she would not ignoledge him. He grew up isolated without love, and he wanted to feel something. "Creatures lie here looking through the window" means as he was a child he was most likely abused by his mother and his father and he was locked in his room in the dark. So he is scared , oh so scared of the monsters around him. When he grows up he is alone and scared of the dark, one day he sees a girl, he wants to feel love so badly so he kidnappes her and he rapes her for he thought that was love. As he took her virginity he relized he was still lonley and he slowly realized that what he wanted was what she feared and that he scared her and she feared him . Then he realizes he is his mothers regrets he is a glass child he feels nothing. Then he fills a bathtub full of krosene witch is feul and the glow flies are either bugs or sparks but the sparkes of flame in the bathtub as he burns himself alive.

    Hannah is the mother of the boy.. The boy is called a monster in their home.. He struggled to get love from his parents.. As the lyrics said "hannahs regrets" it means his mother hannah regrets to have a child like him.. And on the first line lyric in the song "his little whispers, love me love me, thats all i ask for love me love me." It means he asks love but he couldnt get one.. He saw a girl.. That girl ignored him.. So the boy plans to cage her that night.. And starting doing violent things to her.. Like in the song "that night he caged her. Bruised and Broke her. He struggled closer then he STOLE HER" the one in caps lock means he stole the virginity of the girl (or in other terms the girl got raped).. In the song the girls ankles and wrists became violet because of violent thongs being done to her.. As the lyric says "violet wrist and then her ankles SILENT PAIN" the one in caps lock means she carried the pain unable to speak because of the pain she feel.. On the continuation of the lyric "then he saw his nightmares were his dreams" he thought that it was a dream that he raped a girl but the he did do it and now he looks at hiself as a MONSTER . On the girls part.. (I think shes the one who said this) "MONSTER. How should i feel? Creatures lie here. Looking through the window/s" it means the girl is saying 'what should i feel after what you have done to me??' She sees that there is many monsters around but hes the worst one she knew on the other line of the lyric "im a glass child" it means she is very delicate (the lyric has a continuation of 'i am hannahs regrets' but i already gave the meaning search for it above if you already have forgotten..) on the other other part of the lyric on the very end "turn the sheets down murder ears with pillow lace theres bath tubs full of glow flies bath in kerosene their words tattoed in his veins" it means her ears is murdered beacause of the violent words he says..Turn the sheets down means she dosent want to get raped.. Bath in kerosene means the boy killed himself because he raped the girl and realizes that he is a monster he poured the kerosene in his bathtub and fires it.. Tattoed in his veins means he always remember the shouts of the girl crying to get help until she cannot speak because of the pain she feels.. (Sorry i cant give you the meaning of full of glow flies but i think its a firefly.. Lol anyways thanks for reading.. :) :* byeee..)

    Hannah is not megs mother shes the boys mom. the song is about a boy who had abusive parents who called him monster and locked him in his room with no lights and just one window. Hannah didn't want a baby in the first place. her husband raped her a lot but he didn't want a baby either that's way he made his son call him sir and not father because he didn't want to be a father. and that's why Hannah would always call min her regret. with abusive parents the boy didn't really communicate with anyone and no one really talked to him either so he was basically the outcast throughout life. with this he was never loved but he read a lot about love through books and then he started to want that feeling, that feeling everybody felt. so one day when he was walking home he saw this really beautiful girl and wanted to talk to her, but he didn't really know how so he just went up to her and asked her where some random street was and then she just ignored him and kept walking. then he garbed her and started kissing her by force and then he took her to his apartment and then put her in a cage then practicably beated her up and when she was starting to become weak and not able to fight back he raped her. after that he realized that he was a true monster so he poured all his liquor in his bathtub, took his clothes off and lit the whole thing on fire. while burning to death he thought to himself, "i deserve this, i deserve to die, i am what my parents always thought i was, i am a monster.

    This song is about a boy, Henry and his father and mother hate him, because he was a mistake, so he grows up not knowing what it feels like to love someone. Then one night he sees a girl and he rapes her and beats her. When he gets home he realizes he is a monster and he kills himself in the bath tub. This song is originally from a story Meg and Dia wrote.

    Well Hi I'm mismountaindew this is THE TRUE VERSION of how this song is meant. A boy who was abused by his mother and father who faught and drank. He grew up not knowing what love felt like. HE WAS DESPERATE to feel " Something" "That's all I ask for love me love me" He wondered what it was like. 20 years later he saw a pretty girl in red sweater. He loved her. << The story>> He never felt what love was like so he raped her. Leaving the creme girl crying. Violet wrists and then her ankles. He feels guilty realizing what he had done and what his mother had called him once before " Monster" He decides to kill himself he breaks the lamps pouring the liquid into the bath her runs the water and pours the leftover glass from the lamps into the bath he takes the kerosene he keeps under his desk and bathes in kerosene he dies a painful death while screaming "Monster" Meanwhile the girl Hannah was impregenated. The last part from Hannahs child. I Am hannahs regrets. OR you can look at it a different way. Hannah was Megs mother who was raped and that was why I am Hannahs regrets.     He saw this girl and raped her to feel something.(Bruised and broke her.

    i am lead to believe that this song is about a boy who is abused at a young age -called monster by his parents- , and grows up to be an outcast. He rapes a girl, and then realises that he truly is a monster, so he kills himself.
    a very deep, sad, beautiful song.

    It's about a boy named Henry who grows up with abusive parents, always calling him "Monster." He was forced to call his dad "sir" and his mom "Hannah." When he is in college, he wanted to feel what love felt like since his parents never loved him. Henry sees a girl and tries to talk to her. She turns away, and he grabs her and rapes her, stealing her virginity. After finally realizing what he's really done, he calls himself "Hannah's regret," and kills himself by pouring kerosene into a bathtub, and I guess you know what happens next.

    This is just MY interpretation, probably not completely accurate.

    It's about a boy who was born throughout rape, therefore 'glass child'. His mother stayed with the man who raped her, therefore a rapist husband and a glass child (hannah's regret).The boy then grew up not knowing of any natural emotion, meeting the girl. He abused her thinking that was love, because he was brought up being treated that way. The girl he raped then got pregnant with a glass child, so henry, realising he really was a monster went and killed himself by bathing in Kerosene and broken glass and then lighting it (glow flies). Implying the process is repeated, could also be hannah's regret.
    Just my interpretation.
