   Meghan is simply saying that if someone asked you out and you either don’t want to go with them or know there a bad person or something along those lines you can say “no” I said this to a guy once-he said “haven’t I seen you somewhere before?” Obviously I hadn’t seen him so I replied “yep, and that’s why I don’t go there anymore” then I walked off
