    "Say goodbye to my heart tonight." Is a climax to the tention between two people in love, it could mean anything..but probably means he wants to fall for a girl, but she's too scared or holds back her feelings and intentions for him..so he's asking her "what are you waiting for?" And by saying "Say goodbye to my heart tonight" might mean he's going to give out all he's feeling for her, all of his own intentions and emotions towards her that's he's been holding in his heart tonight.

    Or it could be a girl he just saw or met, and wants to get to know her more..and can't stop thinking about her until he gets her.
