    Well, this song is really quite simple to analyze. "Til it's stalk is in the ground"- great artists go unknown and unappreciated until they're dead. "Stop to wonder, why you never wondered why"- it's just about how so many people never stop to appreciate the beauties and good things in life, and then they regret not doing so. Song is a mirror of his life. He was depressed, and rarely knew what he wanted, or how to accomplish it.
