    I think he is talking about drugs, I was up above it; now I'm down in it... he got clean then relapsed.. well my interpretation says what I'm about

    This is about degenerative vitreous syndrome. He is talking about a dot that is an eye floater. He gets depressed about them.

    This is about obsession with a person who merely caught your eye and whom you know nothing about so you are able to manage your actions at first...but then it pulls you down.

    Possession of a fantasy in which you are the ruler of to obsession which denotes a sifnificant amount of objectification and depersonalization of the fantastical object of affection, which eventually becomes a fanatical personification of "tiny little dot."
