I think Ozzy is making a comment on the people comparing themselves to Ozzy without having any knowledge of what he has been through people saying "Me and Ozzy are exactly the same, we have both had pretty bad lives." Ok buddy did you grow up in a poor household, battle drinking and drug addictions, and get kicked out of your band for being "too much?" If so then sorry.
