    Haven't heard it in almost 40 years; on the surface, it's about an obscene caller. After he got busted, he used his one phone call to call her one last time.

    I doubt if there's any deeper meaning than that; it's pretty explicit (and rather lame.)

    The last stanza:

    It's me again, Margaret.
    They've got me Margaret.
    You won't miss me, Margaret,
    but I'll miss you.
