    I think this is a song about how politics are screwing up America. People are saying "Are you happy where you are?"
    I know that Tim McIlrath doesn't like Bush, so he's saying that Bush is letting the world carry his weight, and he's a big burden on society.
    "Can we be saved, has the damage all been done? Is it too late to reverse what we've become?" He's questioning if America can go back to the way it was before Bush- When it wasn't so crappy.
