    The song is about starting using intravenous drugs again after staying clean for a long period of time. Terrible of course but must be a powerful, thrilling and dark feeling.
    Also reasonable that they made their best song on this topic.
    The Scorpions have generally hid their narco-propaganda rather well, but in this song it´s quite obvious. " no one like you...you take all my sorrows away....I just wanna be loved by you...."
