    He feels like its only him and the person he loves, as though everything in the world went away but them. He would change parts of himself just to please this other person, in other words "All I wanna be is whatever you want me to be, this Halloween." He feels like the person he so deeply loves is better than any fantasy in his eyes. This song is simply a man and the love of his life enjoying an enchanting Halloween night.
