I agree. I think it could be about Gerard and the falling out. It could be about anyone though, but the most likely person it's directed at (if anyone) is Gerard.

I think that this song was written about Gerard Way. It seems to fit, doesn't it?
I mean "your head is bigger than us all, getting bigger/ go slit your own throat"
After the falling out between bert and gerard, it fits.
