I have hated this song. The vocals recorded are horendous.
However-I thought it was about kids, but no. Then money.
But no- Its about GOD. GOD has given him everything he needs. His friends worry because he appears to be in dire straights, but he's actually living for the love of GOD and that alone. He's with him here today on earth, and he'll be safe at home when the day comes he'll have to fly away.
Once I figured that out-it grew on me.
