LYRICS
Take a seat right over there, sat on the stairs

Its about how a woman is in a disagreement with her boyfriend/husband and she wants them to come to an agreement about it, because he left. "Looking at you, I can't lie, just pouring out admission regardless of my objection, oh and it's not about my pride..." She wants them to make up and just get over their pride about being right. She just wants him back.

It is about how she got in a fight with her husband and she wants to talk about it but he won't listen. Then she tells him to at least meet her in the middle and not talk about it when she's talking to him about it. And that's what I think it's about goodbye and why are you guys looking up song meaning I hate you all 59% pathetic you can't come up with your own because you can't look anything up

This interpretation has been marked as poor. view anyway
