    Agreed. This song is sort of about the ghosts of punk (or other forerunners to the current scene) rising to say that the new generation of music that tries to call itself that doesn't capture the anger they felt towards society or the anguish they felt at being outcasts. The reference to "Walk Among Us", an album by the Misfits, sort of cements this view.

    This song... (I think) is about how music over time has just gotten worse and worse, and suckier and suckier....
    and I totally agree.... now everything is fake and whatever is in 'style'
