   Well I think it’s where she killed her closest friends for money and went insane and the guilt is giving her a bellyache, so actually the same thing as that other person but less deep.

   She portrays a psychopath that kills her friends and lover. At first she thinks she’s fine, but the guilt follows her. She can’t deal with the guilt and it gives her a “bellyache”. She doesn’t know what to do and it’s making her crazy. So at the end of the day she ends up taking her own life.

   I think that when it says "And now ive got a bellyache" It means that she feels the guilt about whats shes done.

   In my own interpretation...
   
   It's about a girl who killed her friends, her lover, and is going crazy. She knows that she is loosing her mind and doesn't care, she also knows the price she might pay is death. At the end realization hits her of what her did and all she has now is a bellyache.
