One Last Breath lyrics
Please come now I think I'm falling
I'm holding to all I think is safe

I will put my spin on this, I think it’s clearly about a relationship split and the female is Devastated. She thought she was on Holding on to all I think is safe but now she has a road to nowhere, Now that it's over.

Reflecting on all of my mistakes (hers)
I thought I found the road to somewhere (destiny)
Somewhere in His grace (love, marraige, happiness)
    I cried out
    Heaven save me (praying)
But I'm down to one last breath (upset)
And with it let me say
Hold me now (wants him back)
    I'm so far down (upset)
    Sad eyes follow me (crying)
But I still believe there's something left for me
So please come stay with me
Because I still believe there's something left for you and me
    For you and me
For you and me (believe they can reconcile)
    Please come now (desperation)
I think I'm falling (Please come now)
    I think I'm falling
Holding on to all I think is safe...
Holding on to all I think is safe... (Safety in his arms)
